Hi there! I’m Tom Owen—an energetic entrepreneur and inventor with roots in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

 

Born in 1962, I’ve spent my life turning big ideas into reality. From tinkering in my parents’ garage to launching startups that solve real challenges, my journey has been fueled by curiosity, grit, and an unwavering belief that anything is possible, “You get out of life what you’re willing to put in it”.  

 

Now living semi retired with my wife of 35 years in the Villages Florida gives me the time to turn creative and artistic idea’s into reality. 

Hi there, I’m John Capodanno and I’m a retired UPS driver living full time in the Villages. I put 36 hard years of jumping in and out of a package car in Boston MA.

 

Born in 1968 I have a beautiful wife named Andrea and 2 great grown boys, named Jay & Charlie. 

 

I grew up playing all sports, and now it’s all about Pickle ball & Golf. I have met some of the best people that I can call great friends in the Villages, and ecstatic to start my retirement with them! 

Hi there, I’m Tom Casey—a lifelong musician, performer, and producer based in Central Florida.

Born in Philadelphia, I built my career as a full-time entertainer, touring nationally and performing at Disney, SeaWorld, and on cruise lines. Over the years, I’ve also worked as a music director, AV tech, and filmmaker.

Today, I run The Catalyst Studio, where I produce live shows, sketch comedy, and streaming content. I’m excited to bring my experience into the mix with Tom and John and help shape the creative madness behind the scenes.
